Good afternoon,
Today, Year 1 were lucky enough to visit a real-life working farm! We got to see lots of animals – including some spectacular creepy crawlies.
Well done Year 1 – you behaved so well and the farm staff commented how kind and polite you all were.

In Year 1, we learned about the Hindu festival of Holi - the festival of colour - which celebrates the coming of Spring. We watched a video about what happens at Holi. Then we looked at images of Holi patterns and recreated them with coloured chalk on the playground....
