What a positive, fun and enjoyable last day us in Denim class have had today! Due to our positive behaviour choices, actions and attitude towards our learning and school life, we have had received and earnt our half-term reward.

We did two science experiments.

1) Oobleck – which is a non-Newtonian fluid, a mixture of corn-starch and water that exhibits both solid and liquid properties.

2) Lava Lamps – we used bicarbonate soda, vegetable oil, white vinegar and food colouring to make our lava lamps work.

We all had a lot of fun creating them this morning and discussing how they’re made and what their properties are.
