13th February 2025

Yesterday, Denim and Sapphire had a lovely day visiting Safeside at the West Midlands Fire Station. We had an important but fun-filled day, learning all about safety in different scenarios: on a bus, on a train, in an alleyway, in the car, by a canal, on ice, in the home and many more!

Everybody enjoyed the day – learning lots of new information. Feel free to come and ask us some questions about it and what we have learnt such as, if you are under 135cm in height you should be on a booster seat! A fire can start within 1 minute! or how long a door can hold back a fire from spreading!
