In Science week we looked at ecosystems and how everything is connected to ensure everything within the system thrives. We connected ourselves into an ecosystem using animal and plant flashcards and facts. The whole class joined the string ecosystem as we found out more and more connections. We then discussed climate change and how the water could dry up and looked at how it would impact on our ecosystem. After much discussion we all left our ecosystem and so the ecosystem was left empty.
