We’ve been enjoying lots of engaging water play both indoors and outdoors! The children explored a variety of sensory experiences as we enhanced the water with delicate cherry blossom, fragrant herbs and a splash of food colouring to create inviting and exciting play opportunities.

These additions encouraged the children to explore, investigate and use their imaginations as they poured, mixed and created their own colourful concoctions. The natural resources added a lovely element of curiosity, helping children to connect with the world around them while engaging their senses.

Water play is a wonderful way for children to develop their communication, creativity and fine motor skills, all while having lots of fun. It has been lovely to see their confidence grow as they experiment and share their ideas with one another.
