Yesterday, the History Man came to visit Year 3! We spent the whole day learning about different aspects of Ancient Egyptian life and taking part in activities. As part of our Egyptian day, played ancient board games, created clay pots and cartouches, dressed up in Ancient Egyptian costume and also ground grains to make flour. We learned all about mummification and the pyramids as well as looking at weapons that may have been used.
We all had a fantastic day!
