This afternoon children In Ocean class joined an online lesson by WWF with guest speaker Steve Backshall to learn more information about the Arctic and Antarctic, the animal inhabitants and the water life. The lesson lasted 45 minutes and we thoroughly enjoyed it. People and other schools across the UK joined too. It was lovely to be part of something large.
After sketching and resketching our landscape images, today we have added colour. We attempted to create the foreground, middle ground and back depth and used our previous skills of shade to alter our paint tones. We are very pleased we our results.
