Clair Neville, Pre-School Manager and SENCO

I have worked at Perryfields Pre-School for 16 years, first as the Deputy Manager and now as Manager. After retraining following a career in Marketing, I can honestly say I have found my true calling in life. I am passionate about providing all children with the best possible start to their educational journey. I take great pride in our inclusivity as a setting and in creating an environment where every child is known, valued and treated as unique.

Liz Robinson, Deputy Manager

After initially working in the field of Veterinary Nursing for over 10 years, I obtained my Early Years Foundation Degree from the University of Worcester in 2020. Whilst I am enthusiastic about many areas of child development, I have a particular passion for literacy and language. I love to read with the children and promote to our families that quality interactions and an early exposure to stories lay the foundation for
children’s early writing, progress, and outcomes throughout their school life and beyond. 

Stephanie Prince, Apprentice

Since joining pre-school in March 2025, I have thoroughly enjoyed seeing the children develop in so many different key areas. I’m currently nearing the end of my Level 2 Early Years Practitioner qualification. I love my job and feel very privileged to be a part of the children’s first steps into education. Perryfields pre-school is a community I’m so happy to be a part of.
