Remembrance Day

5th November 2024

Today in our PSHE lesson we learnt about the significance of Remembrance Day. We identified the importance of the date and time and what the soldiers gave up for their country. We also looked at the continued work of the Royal British Legion and how buying a poppy supports a valuable charity to enable servicemen and women today to maintain a self sufficient life after injury or post traumatic stress from serving in war. We then created our own Remembrance wall of people and pets we knew and loved.
