In Maths this week Mrs Millward’s group have been getting to understand turns and angles. We discussed anti-clockwise, clockwise, quarter turns, half turns, compass point turns and angles. We then physically got to understand the turns by actually listening to the type of turn or angle and ‘turning’ our bodies. It was great fun and initially we had some mis-directions but by the end we were very accurate. When it came to our written work we found it helped us a lot to succeed.
