We have been so busy in pre-school this term. We welcomed some new children and their families to pre-school. They have all settled in really well and are enjoying pre-school life. The Story Fairy has been visiting us and we have enjoyed reading The Tiger Who Came to Tea and Little Rabbit Foo Foo. We decorated biscuits, one for ourselves and one for the tiger in case he came for tea.
We were so excited this week to receive a visit from Santa. He bought his Reindeer Dog and Moose Dog to see us too. We loved meeting his doggy helpers and we were all very gentle when we stroked them. Santa said all the children had been so good he had bought them...
After sketching and resketching our landscape images, today we have added colour. We attempted to create the foreground, middle ground and back depth and used our previous skills of shade to alter our paint tones. We are very pleased we our results.
